Return, Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

No Returns, Refunds or Cancellations

All purchases made through our website are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or order cancellations once an order has been placed and dispatched. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchange for Damaged Products Only

We only offer an exchange if the product is received in a damaged condition.

To request an exchange, you must:

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Email us at aashimakhija11@gmail.com.
Include your order number or proof of purchase.
Attach a clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video that starts before the package is opened and clearly shows the damage.

Important: Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Exchange Approval

Once we receive your request, we will review the evidence. If your exchange request is approved, we will provide further instructions for the exchange process.

To be eligible:

The product must have been damaged before or during delivery.
The damage must be clearly visible in the unboxing video.
The request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Exchange Shipping Charges

For approved exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping and courier charges, including the cost of sending the damaged product back to us and, where applicable, the shipping cost for the replacement product.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

We do not offer exchanges for:

Products without a valid unboxing video.
Products reported after 24 hours of delivery.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
Products that have been used, washed, altered, or are not in their original condition.
Orders placed incorrectly by the customer (including wrong size, color, or change of mind).
Sale, clearance, or promotional items, unless they are received damaged.
