Return, Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

we currently offer size exchanges only. We do not accept returns for refunds unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Size Exchange

• Size exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
• Customers are responsible for both forward and return shipping charges for size exchanges.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory for verification.
• Claims without a complete, unedited unboxing video may not be accepted.
• Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are provided only for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products when a replacement is not possible.

• Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.
